Remm Shin-Osaka Hotel

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi in rooms, laundry, and a 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped me with currency tips. I highly recommend this for a romantic escape, and I'm definitely coming back!

My room was compact & soundproof with excellent views, bath and excellent facilities. The staff were amiable, and the services were amazing. Location: the hotel was really close to the main train station, and restaurant such as mc donald, bento.

I was pleased with great service. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost. The airport was 15 km away;))

Location - particularly good and incredible next to transport to-and-from Kyoto, Osaka downtown and Universal Studios, train stations connecting to major sightseeing locations and airport and restaurant such as mc donald, bento. Also, in Shin-Osaka station. New-fashioned and nice styled units with great bathroom as well as bathtube. Lots of fab food for meals.

The location is perfect, directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station and just steps away from shops and dining options. The room was cozy and bright, with a lovely view from the large windows. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom and powerful shower.

The location directly above the station is unbeatable for business trips, the ticket vending machines for the Shinkansen are virtually right outside the door. Rooms are clean, but also only suitable for sleeping.

There is no breakfast possibility in the hotel, but in the station there are enough possibilities. . However, some of the rooms already looked "well used".

The convenience of having these amenities at the same level as the reception allowed for seamless access to services. the room itself was extraordinarily tiny, which minimized my overall comfort.

One slight downside was the limited storage space available; it was a bit challenging to organize my belongings in such a compact area.

excelent if you plan side trips from osaka (Kyoto, Nara, Kobe etc...). nice city view (not sureif it is the same for the opposite side of the hotel, our room was 1659), high floors for the rooms (starting from 12th), nice pleasant interior, comforatable rooms. there is everything you'd need in the bathroom (changed and refreshed everyday)

The room was a little bit cramped, even for a business hotel.

The economy double room felt a bit cramped but was thoughtfully designed. Loved the shower-clean and has good pressure! The bathroom layout was a little awkward with the glass wall, but overall it was clean and had great amenities. Perfect for a quick overnight, especially with how close it is to the train station.

It is a brand new hotel. Nobody of the staff spoke english but you know this when you travel to japan. very good location, direct entrance from shin-osaka trainstation small room, also normal for japanese hotel

the hotel rooms are fantastic and beautiful with user-friendly facilities and nice view, for example. excellent service and the food is great.
